Rule 21
Employees removed from service will be reinstated if cleared
(1) If a civil servant who has been removed from service is to be reinstated by a court decision, he must appear at the relevant ministry within three months from the date of receiving the notice of the decision.
(2) Civil servants who fail to appear within the time limit of sub-rule (1) will not be posted.
